Terms of use
These terms cover the AppraiseQ website, AppraiseQ data services and the AQ order tracker. All three are provided by RS Solutions, India ("we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms.

Services customers get the tracker included and are never charged for it through PayPal.
The AQ order tracker
- What it does: AQ reads the vendor emails you choose to forward to it, and sends you reminders, statements and alerts. It does not log in to vendor portals and does not accept or decline orders.
- Your account: you sign up with an email address you control and are responsible for what is forwarded from it. Forward only mail you are allowed to share with a service provider.
- Check what matters: AQ reads emails automatically and can misread one. The due dates, fees and payments it shows are a convenience. Your vendor's portal and your own records are the authority, and we are not responsible for a missed deadline or payment.
- Your team: you can add the people who do your photos or data entry. AQ emails each one an invite and sends them jobs only after they accept. A job email contains the property address, order type, vendor and due time, never the borrower or your fee. You are responsible for the people you add and for sharing order details with them as your vendors allow.
- Trial, free and unlimited plans: a new account gets reminders for every order for its first 30 days, with no card. After that the free plan sends reminders for the first 10 orders AQ receives each calendar month. Later orders are still saved and shown, without reminders. The unlimited plan covers every order and renews automatically until you cancel.
- Cancelling: cancel any time from the Billing page or in PayPal. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial periods, but if something went wrong, tell us.
Data services
- We prepare research, data entry, photo work and quality checks to support your report. You remain responsible for the report you sign and submit, and for meeting your licence and vendor requirements.
- Turnaround times are targets for complete orders received during our working hours, not guarantees.
- If a file we prepared needs a correction because of our error, we fix it at no charge.
- Invoices are due within 15 days. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
Fair use
Do not use our services to break the law, to send us mail you have no right to share, or to try to get into other people's accounts or our systems. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
We provide the tracker as it is, and we work to keep it accurate and available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost orders or lost income.

How we handle your data, including the mail you forward, is in our privacy policy.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email account holders before it takes effect. Questions: our contact form.
